Tenants Please Note

When a Resident submits a request for repairs, they are authorizing Midwest Real Estate LLC and/or their suppliers or subcontractors to enter the Premises to make repairs.  Resident authorizes Midwest Real Estate. LLC, to enter the Premises via use of a master key at all reasonable times and with reasonable notice, whether Resident is present or absent.
